This mornings creation was all about supporting healthy skin. A giant boost of antioxidants rich in Vitamin C and collagen powder to top it off
✨ Vitamin C: is a potent anti-oxidant, it is a major Building Block of Collagen supporting health skin. Vitamin c is also an important part in many other cellular functions supporting our immune health and assisting other nutrient absorption such as iron
✨handful of strawberries
✨ 2x peeled and sliced kiwi fruit
✨juice of 1x lime
✨ 240ml almond milk
✨2 tablespoons of collagen powder (I use Nutra Organics collagen beauty) for those on a strict plant based diet you can substitute this for vanilla plant based protein

Eating Seasonally ✨
This is one of the easiest ways you can eat healthy on a budget. Eating Fruits and Vegetables that are in season means their nutrient value is at its highest as the are fresh, they are also in abundance so will be much cheaper than buying them out of season.

You will receive a text reminder as usual and can select your choice of Phone or Video (Zoom) consultation.

The clinic is still open for contactless collection of prescribed products.
