Let’s talk about a cutting-edge nutrient making waves in fertility science — especially for women 30+ navigating egg quality concerns or a diagnosis of poor ovarian response (POR).

🔬 Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 that works as a precursor to NAD+ — a molecule essential for mitochondrial energy, cellular repair, and healthy ageing. Why does this matter for your fertility?

My mission is simple...

To empower women to reverse their hormonal symptoms & support their fertility naturally.

And to educate women around the importance of hormonal balance for their WHOLE health (not just fertility).

I struggled for almost 10 years without a period. Without answers to the underlying cause. Without a solution, other than to just go back on the pill, and come back when I wanted to get pregnant.

I truly never thought I would be able to heal my hormones and recover my period.

I never thought I would be able to share my story to show other women IT IS POSSIBLE. But here I am.

4 reasons you shouldn’t just stop taking your hormonal contraceptive, cold turkey ✨||

There may be several reasons why you want to stop your pill or IUD, and I am all for empowering women to listen to their bodies …

HOWEVER, I always recommend allowing yourself at least 3 months (if not longer!) to prepare your body to come off your hormonal contraception.

This gives you the chance to:
- prioritise your diet + lifestyle,
- restore nutrient depletions,
- work on your gut health,
- your liver,
- blood-glucose levels +
- support your adrenal health 

This will help to ensure the transition off your contraception is as smooth as possible. Of course, it’s not a sure thing, but it will give you the best chance to avoid any post-pill side effects and restore your natural menstrual cycle (+ ovulation) as quickly as possible.
