We have been teaching Gogyo Aikido for many years now as a complete system based on Intersectional holistic Traditional Medicine. I will be starting a Zoom class to discuss how Aikido relates to Traditional Chinese Medicines understanding of holistic health and wellness and how to practice this Art as its own holistic modality that can align with other natural systems of medicine and wellbeing.
