"Fairy bread"...Banana & Flax Bread topped with rosewater cream & calendula petals, violets, chamomile & cornflowers.

Banana & Flax Bread (slightly altered recipe based on 's recipe) topped with rosewater cream and edible flowers from my garden. Delicious and delightful!
I used flaxseeds and flaxmeal in the banana bread.
I also grew the flowers from seeds.

Some of my fresh chamomile picked today and now put into the dehydrator to be dried for tea.

๐Ÿ’œAcai, Berry & Fresh Chamomile Smoothie Bowl๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ“
Makes two serves
Ingredients:
-1 c. full fat greek yoghurt
-1 c. frozen berries
-2 tsp. Melrose MCT Oil (Pro Plus)
-2 tbsp. gelatin (collagen hydrolysate) powder
- enough milk to make it a smooth texture
- muesli
- fresh chamomile flowers (optional, but pretty)
How to:
Blend the first 4 ingredients and add enough milk to make a nice thick and smooth texture.
Top with muesli & chamomile flowers.
Enjoy. ๐Ÿ˜Š
