What a beautiful and serendipitous day it turned out to be. I took a drive up to the hills, the Dandenongs soaking in the scenery on this magnificent sunny day, and decided to stop by a cafe bakery. I hadn’t planned on going in, but something nudged me to pull over and I’m so glad I did.
As I stood there ordering, a woman beside me turned and said I looked familiar. When I told her my name, Sharon Lee, her face lit up. She reminded me that years ago she had come to one of my workshops and had a personal reading with me. Back then, she didn’t have children, but I had spoken about twins coming into her life. Standing there today were those very children, her beautiful twins.
She went on to tell me how much that reading had meant to her, how it gave her hope, and how it inspired her during an important time in her life. She said the world needs more people as me to shine our light. Hearing her words touched me deeply. It reminded me that the work I do with spirit, this gift of mediumship is not just about messages, but about healing, uplifting, and giving people strength and hope when they need it the most.
I’ll admit, sometimes I feel exhausted and it has been a big couple of months. I love my work, but I’m also at that stage in life where retirement whispers in the background. And yet, moments like today remind me why I continue. They remind me that Spirit always guides us to where we are meant to be, even if it’s just a simple stop at a cafe.
That encounter lifted me, humbled and inspired me, and reaffirmed the importance of this path which is not for the faint hearted It was a gentle reminder that the light we share can ripple through someone’s life in ways we may never fully realize.
Today was more than just a lovely drive, it was a gift. Thank you, Spirit, for guiding me exactly where I needed to be.

After a full and busy week, I’m giving myself permission to slow down and recharge. Spiritual work can be deeply fulfilling, but it also asks a lot of energy, and I know the importance of stepping back to restore balance. Taking time for myself isn’t stepping away from the path, it’s part of walking it with steadiness and care.
Today feels like the perfect day to do just that. The weather is beautiful, the kind of day that calls for a quiet drive with no rush, no particular destination, just space to breathe, reflect, and let the week settle. There’s something grounding about being on the open road, watching the scenery shift, and allowing the mind and body to gently unwind.
This pause is a reminder that rest is not separate from the work, it’s what keeps the work alive. By tending to my own energy, I return to my practice clearer, calmer, and more stronger in presence.

Good morning, beautiful souls, a warm Sunday blessing to you all.
Today feels like a gentle pause, a chance to slow down and savor the simple things. I’ve been pottering around the house this morning, something I truly love when life is usually so full and fast-moving. A little time in the kitchen, catching up on messages, and soon I’ll be preparing to head to the Brunswick Spiritual Lyceum Church, where I’ll be giving a mediumship demonstration this afternoon. The life of a medium can be quite hectic with our commitments to the spiritual communities.
May your Sunday be filled with peace, kindness, and moments that nourish your spirit. Take time to breathe deeply, rest where you need, and hold close the people and things that bring you joy.

Not too long ago, we held them close, and life felt complete.
Now the silence of absence weighs heavy, and our hearts hesitate, afraid that moving forward might mean leaving them behind.
But love is not broken by distance, nor ended by death.
It becomes a quiet presence, unseen yet unshaken, a whisper carried on the breath of heaven.
"Forward leads to me."
Each step we take in courage, each choice to live with hope,is not a step away, but a step closer to the light, closer to love, closer to them.
And so we walk, not in loss, but in promise.
For the path ahead is not empty, it is the road that leads us home.

A fabulous evening had by all
Thank you spirit ❤️🙏❤️

What a truly special evening we shared together at Rosslyn Sanctuary. The energy was filled with warmth, love, and inspiration, and it was such a blessing to be in the presence of so many beautiful souls.
A heartfelt thank you to Jan Hunneybell for her uplifting and inspiring talk, and to Donnita Duggan for the touching and meaningful messages from Spirit. And to Leanne Downing your readings tonight were filled with compassion, clarity, and such profound evidence of Spirit’s presence. To see the depth of your connection after only three years of development was a joy to witness. You truly made Spirit proud, and we are excited to welcome you back onto Rosslyn’s platform next year.
To everyone who joined us, your love and support mean so much. Each gathering reminds us of the eternal bond we share with Spirit and with one another, a bond woven together by love, which transcends time and space.
Rosslyn will return on 6th November, and we look forward to once again coming together in the light of Spirit.
Thank you, Spirit, for guiding us, uniting us, and reminding us that life is eternal and love never ends.

Your silence never meant you had nothing to say, it meant you were protecting your peace.
Silence is not weakness. It’s a conscious choice. It’s knowing that your energy is too valuable to waste on arguments that go nowhere, on people who only want to pull you into conflict, or on situations that don’t deserve your attention.
When you choose silence, you are choosing control. You are showing that you don’t need to react to everything. You don’t need to prove yourself in every conversation. You don’t need to win every battle. Sometimes, the real victory is walking away with your peace intact.
Silence is strength because it requires discipline. It takes more power to hold back than to lash out. It takes more wisdom to stay calm than to fight for the last word. And it takes more courage to protect your inner peace than to let someone else disturb it.
Remember not every action deserves a reaction. Not every comment deserves your reply. And not every situation deserves your energy. The moment you understand this, your silence becomes your superpower.

In quiet reflection, I feel the presence of Spirit, as I so often do. It is not something distant or unreachable, but a partnership woven into the fabric of my daily life. Every sitting, every connection, every message that flows through me is not mine alone, it is a shared work, guided by something greater, something loving and wise. I could never walk this path without that partnership, and for that, my heart is endlessly grateful.

Some souls are not meant to stay with us forever, and though their leaving may ache, it carries its own quiet beauty. They come like seasons bringing love, challenge, or change and each arrival holds a purpose.
Some teach us to trust, others guide us through shadows, and some stir old wounds so we can learn forgiveness and strength. Their part in our story may be brief, but it is never without meaning.
What matters is not how long they walked with us, but how deeply they touched us. For in every meeting, there is a lesson, and in every farewell, a gift remains.
