This is going to be my actual Pilates fight: let people understand that despite this Reformer "fashion", Pilates is not a Reformer class. Pilates is a philosophy based on control which has different tools/apparatus to make students better understand how to do specific movements. Especially big apparatus are mostly "facilitators" compared to the matwork so it drives me crazy when I see people using Pilates machines as they where in a Gym. Anyway, a Pilates Teacher should know how to use them all not only teach a a Reformer every single hours spent with a student.

Guided series of breathing, stretching, rolling and self-massage techniques

that will aid in releasing muscular aches, recovering from workout, and soreness.

– no prior experience required!

Benefits:

- Releases tight knots and become more flexible

Time: 10.15am – 11.15am

When: Every 1st Saturday of the month

Cost: $30 per session, Pre-purchase of 4 for $120.

What to bring: Your own mat (optional)

Cancellation policy: 24 HOURS notice is required for any cancellations.
The full class fee will be charged if cancellation happens within this time frame.
A make up class is allowed but must be done on the next class.
