Celtic Consciousness extends their deepest sympathy to the pedestrian who tragically lost their life outside the Dorset Gardens Hotel in Croydon today. We were none-the-wiser inside, though the sickening emptiness of loss was felt at 10.45am.
May your soul and energy fly high and free, good sir.

Hello Anam Cara,

This came up quite a bit last weekend, that we often find strength with those we choose to have around us as opposed to the families we are born into, despite being told 'blood is thicker than water'.

Turns out that this age-old saying has lost its meaning over time and has been adapted to have the opposite to its original meaning.

Whoever you choose to surround yourself with, may they guide you, lift you and celebrate you, just as you are.
