From Pregnancy to Parenthood, our Autumn Schedule has you covered.


**Last spots are available for our March Mother’s Groups. These courses are beloved amongst our community helping to foster friendships while empowering and educating our Mums.

**Seamless Transitions Masterclass, with .ornot and .childcare.concierge preparing you for Maternity Leave, Finding Childcare and Returning to Paid Work. Whatever your timeframe is, this will course will provide guidance!

** InSync with Your Cycle with . Jackie will teach you the ins and out of your cycle and what you can do to help regulate it. Whether you are looking for prevention or preparation, this course has you covered.

** BY REQUEST- will be running a Circle of Security Course at From Day One focusing on children’s long term wellbeing. This course can be claimed with a MHC plan.

** Little Duck Pre-Loved Pop Up- the elite second hand shop will be popping up in our neighbourhood for 2 weeks! Kick off shopping event will be on Sunday March 15th 10am-1pm with racks open for shopping through March 27th.

We also have our Pregnancy Meetups, Purposeful Play classes and Easter event, Mother’s Day event and SO much more.

This Masterclass will focus on building Confident Transitions. Preparing for Maternity Leave, and Preparing to Return to Paid Work (or not).

Covering:
* The systems we work in
* How to navigate mat leave and re-entry
* Understanding the right choices for your family
* Your childcare options
* Understanding the subsidy and rebate system
* How to confidently select care options

Making new friends as an adult is hard.

Especially when you are exhausted, don’t remember your name, what you like to do, or the last time you washed your hair.

Being a new Mum is so incredibly isolating and every new mum needs mum friends to bond with during this phase of life.

After watching over a thousand women come through our doors, we’ve made some observations about the friendships that are formed. Here are our tips to building genuine connections.

Kat and Eliza are back at From Day One with their incredible Starting Solids Course, reducing the fear and adding the fun back to feeding your little one.

Think of it as a mini first aid refresher, and a solids introduction rolled into one.

Covering how to start, what to feed (and why) and how to do it safely.

This session will be the last until Eliza is back from maternity leave so don’t miss out!

Monday February 9th, 12:30- 1:30PM
Course will be followed by a Q & A.

Tickets are $69 and include a takeaway guide, and afternoon tea.

With Masterclasses, Pregnancy Meetups, and Courses run by outside providers held at our venue that is built for Mums and little ones. With comfortable seating and feeding/changing facilities on every level.
