🌿 Have you met Jen? 🌿 In Jen’s own words “Yoga is not just a career for me—it’s a way of life. I discovered yoga in my mid-20s during a time when I was feeling lost and searching for purpose. Through mindful breathing and movement, yoga helped me heal, grow, and reconnect with myself. It became my therapy and my path forward.
I believe that movement is therapy for the body and meditation is medicine for the mind.I’m trained and experienced in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation as well as trauma informed yoga practice. My teaching style is mindful, spacious, and grounding, with a focus on cultivating strength, mobility, and awareness through purposeful, dynamic flow sequences. Each class has an energetic rhythm, and I guide my students to connect deeply with their breath and body throughout the practice.”
Join Jen on the mat on Friday evenings for Yin and Restore at 6pm or alternate Sunday Mornings for Yoga Flow at 9.30am and Slow Flow at 10.45am.
