🎨 What if you could see what your body has been holding? 🎨✨ Painting the Chakras with Lauren Foster is a 2.5 hour immersive experience that invites you into a deeper level of listening, awareness, and expression. Through a blend of yogic philosophy, somatic awareness, and intuitive painting, this trauma-aware workshop guides you to explore your energy centres as something to feel, rather than think about.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation, gently moving through the chakra system from grounding and safety through to intuition and connection. From there, you’ll be invited to translate what you notice into colour, texture, and form, allowing your inner experience to take shape on the canvas.

No art experience is needed. This is not about how it looks, it’s about what is felt, released, and understood along the way. Your painting becomes a reflection of your inner world, a kind of map of energy, emotion, and awareness.

You’ll leave with a completed artwork, a deeper sense of connection to your body, and practical tools to support reflection, regulation, and self-understanding.

🧘‍♀️ Surrender + Resonance: A Unique Sound Journey 🎶 We are so delighted to welcome Janneke Ferwerda back to Seed for another deeply loved evening of sound and stillness.

This experience begins with a guided Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to deeply rest while the mind softens into that dreamy in between space where real restoration can occur. From there, you’ll be immersed in a live sound journey, moving from grounding gong vibrations into the lighter, more spacious tones of crystal bowls, chimes and voice.

Each session is unique and intuitively guided, offering a powerful reset for the nervous system, a release of tension, and a chance to simply lie back and receive. You’ll leave feeling deeply rested, clear, and gently reconnected to yourself.

Join Karen Robotis for a 75 minute freeform dance experience where the only instruction is to listen to your body and let it lead. No steps to learn, no performance, just space to explore, express, and move in whatever way feels true for you.

In a world that keeps us in our heads, this is a chance to drop back into the body. To shake off the day, shift your energy, and reconnect with a sense of ease, playfulness, and freedom.

Karen will guide you through a carefully curated musical journey, weaving together contemporary, world, classical, and those much-loved 60s, 70s and 80s favourites. The music does the work, gently inviting emotional release, creativity, and joy.

This is a safe, welcoming space where you can be exactly as you are. Whether you feel like flowing, stomping, swaying or simply standing still and breathing, it all belongs.

🍂 Autumn has arrived in Melbourne, and the trees seem to know exactly what to do… to simply and sweetly let go 🍂

Leaves fall, soften, and return to the earth, reminding us that release is a natural part of the cycle. Yoga is a seasonal practice, so this is the perefct time to take our cue from nature and loosen our grip a little. To release what we no longer need and to make space for what’s next.

Your practice doesn’t need to be big or strong right now. It can be quiet, steady, and a little more inward. A place to soften tension, to breathe, and to gently let things go, one exhale at a time.

If you’ve been feeling like you need to drop a few layers, come in and let your practice support you. Move, breathe, and land… just like the leaves.

🌿 Thinking about trying yoga but feeling unsure because of injuries or health concerns? 🌿 You’re absolutely not alone. It’s one of the most common questions we get, and the answer is yes, we can help you find a practice that will support YOU 🤍

Our Gentle Yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10.45am are a great place to begin. They’re slow, nurturing, and designed to support your body in building strength and mobility in a safe and thoughtful way 🧘‍♀️ Whether you’re working with a sore back, tight hips, recovering from injury, cancer or simply feeling a bit cautious, everything can be adapted to suit you.

These classes are smaller, which means there’s time and space for our teachers to really see you. You’ll be offered options and modifications throughout, and our experienced team is very used to working with injuries and health concerns. You won’t be expected to keep up or push through. Instead, you’ll be guided to move in a way that feels steady, supported, and right for your body.

Arrive a few minutes early and our teachers will take the time to chat with you and help you find a practice that works with your body and any injuries you’re managing 🤍

There’s also a strong focus on breath and simple meditation practices, helping to calm the nervous system and create a sense of ease, which can be just as important as the physical side of things when you’re healing 🌿
