Spend a minute with me to calm the mind and slow down the body.

This is my meditative sound healing practice before a reiki treatment to cleanse the energy of the room whilst grounding myself.

I am in 1 of 3 lovely treatment rooms at The Oriental Sage. I love the music curated by the team, and can feel my energy expand when the Tibetan singing bowl becomes a part of the music. Can you hear how they harmonise? ✨ Let the gentle sounds ground you into the present moment ✨

What I love most about Reiki is how it can instantly bring our bodies into a state of relaxation.

5 minutes into a recent Reiki treatment, a client who entered the room feeling burnt out and overwhelmed said, "I'm finding it hard to relax."

I responded by adding an intention for restoration & rest, and in less than 30 seconds, I could hear the client breathing deeply, and observed his facial & body muscles loosening.

During debrief, the client shared how amazed he was to experience an immediate change after saying he couldn't relax, and said he fell asleep, yet was strangely aware of the treatment.

This is an example of the natural effectiveness of Reiki. It can gently alter your state of consciousness whilst returning your mind and body to homeostasis.

If I could relive one day of my life, it would be my wedding day.
I absolutely loved being a bride and remember the excitement leading up to the big day, despite the stress and challenges that came with it. My strong desire to help other brides feel their best on the biggest day of their life inspired me to create a 'Reiki Bridal Shower' and 'Reiki for Brides' services for Brides-to-Be. Having been a bride myself, I am looking forward to delivering a luxurious service (without the inflated wedding price-tags!) 🩷

Meet Moxa, the adorable wellbeing clinic dog at The Oriental Sage (Canterbury, Melbourne). I am delighted to join the amazing team, offering reiki treatments and transformational coaching.

Moxa likes to greet everyone at the door and brings extra joy and lightness to the healing space. He particularly loves to lie beneath the massage table while I cleanse the space for reiki treatments with a Tibetan singing bowl.

I feel most alive when I experience growth and change.

The process can be very messy and painful at times, but when it aligns with the true self, it is totally worth it.

As I evolve, so does my reiki and coaching practice. I am in the process of re-branding, and wish to honour my previous business North Nature. Thank you to all my valued clients who supported North Nature, and thank you to everyone in this community for being here with me.
