Today, I work with small groups and private clients in Melbourne, offering private yoga sessions to my clients. I work with people of different ages and physical abilities, designing individual programs suited to their personal needs and goals. ongoing challenges building strength, improving flexibility, overcoming injuries - I am able to work with you in the comfort of your own home to help you to build your own practice that will gently challenge you, build on you strengths and help you to overcome the challenges you are facing. Whatever you are coming to yoga for, may it be physical health, mental well-being, positive attitude in life, stress management, etc. you are sure to achieve your goals with the help of the steady practice.

Just had a thought... for the month of June I would like to offer yoga classes to anyone who would like them for as much as you can afford. I don't want anyone feel excluded... need yoga ?
Call or text me to book a lesson at my place in Windsor. Do you know someone who could benefit from yoga? share information with them. They can come and try it this month.
