Trap Bar Deadlift (Ethan’s Favourite 💪)
The trap bar deadlift is a powerful full-body exercise that targets the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core while being easier on the lower back than a traditional barbell deadlift. By standing inside the bar, the load stays more centered, helping improve posture, strength, and explosive power. It’s a great movement for building overall strength with reduced injury risk—and it’s no surprise it’s Ethan’s favourite.
