Throughout October, Nicola completed a professional development course all about puberty. Here’s what she had to say about it:

“I have loved expanding my knowledge of puberty and the teen years! I feel much more confident to work with people in this age-group now that I have a better understanding of what is going on for them from a developmental point of view. I am so excited to put this knowledge into practice now that we are starting to work with teens!”
