The Sapphire Dentistry team is taking a short break to enjoy some quality time with our families. We are closing for the Easter holidays so we can recharge and get back to looking after your customised health goals with fresh energy!

Oil pulling involves swishing oil around your mouth, and while some people find it helpful, what does the science say? It may reduce the total number of bacteria in the mouth, but it cannot draw toxins out of the body or fix a cavity. It should only be used as an extra step, never as a replacement for brushing and flossing 🥥
