With over 30 years of combined clinical experience, Dr. Angela Kopp and her team are committed to help the community achieve and (most importantly) maintain good health.

Dr. Angela is skilled in not only chiropractic techniques, but also in the neurology space such as Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) and Neurolink - providing her with various tools for a more rounded approach to healing.

A Personal Story from Dr. Angela Kopp - Founder & Principal Chiropractor of Health First Chiropractic

My Father inspired me to devote my life to understanding the human body and to help others. I remember from a young age, my father suffered from a life-threatening lung condition. I watched him spend almost every second day in an ambulance and he was on 8 preventative medications. A family friend referred my father to a medical physician who provided treatment and help. Since then, he has never been in an ambulance and occasionally uses a preventor till this day!

My father said to me that he didn't just get his health back. He got his life back. Able to enjoy precious life moments like watching his daughter graduate and walking her down the isle on her special day.

The chiropractic pathway provides me with the tools and knowledge to help guide others towards better health decisions for their life. I strongly believe having a balance of good lifestyle choices, nutrition, rest and correct functioning nerve supply, the body can begin to regulate and heal itself.
