📣 New NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits Now in Effect

As of 1 July 2025, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) for 2025–26 are officially in place.

The PAPL (NDIS Price Guide) helps participants, support coordinators and providers understand how supports and services are priced under the NDIS.

This year’s updates include:
• A 3.95% increase in price limits for core supports like disability support worker services
• National pricing for therapy supports (no more state-by-state differences)
• Extended early childhood support coverage (now up to 9 years old)
• Adjustments to travel allowances and provider responsibilities

To find out all the changes download the 2025–26 PAPL and support catalogue here: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements

We’re excited to take you behind the scenes with Jacqui and Amelia from MOIRA FPM!

Here’s a glimpse of a day in their life and a tour of the MOIRA workspace at Caribbean Park, Scoresby.

What makes MOIRA special for them? They both agreed it’s the people and culture that foster collaboration and connection.

No two days are the same for Jacqui and Amelia. Their work revolves around all things NDIS - connecting with support coordinators, providers, and participants to make a meaningful impact.

See them in action below.

National Reconciliation Day is a time to reflect, learn, and commit to truth-telling. Today, we share the words of our Your Journey team member Emma, who speaks to the deep meaning of reconciliation:

"Reconciliation to me is about truth-telling – never forgetting those who came before me, who managed to survive against all odds.
It means remembering what has been lost but also what remains and what can grow from that.
It’s about rediscovering older ways of thinking and investing time into traditions that were almost destroyed.
It means acknowledging the privileges I have had to even be able to learn about our old people and the incredible lives they lived.
For me personally, reconciliation means doing my part to ensure what is left is not lost."

These words remind us that reconciliation is not just about the past; it is about the present and future. It is about honouring culture, restoring traditions, and making sure that what remains continues to thrive.
Emma has also shared photos from her journey last December, visiting her traditional lands in the North East of Lutruwita (Tasmania) and reconnecting with mob she hadn’t seen in years.

This year’s theme, Bridging Now to Next, highlights the ongoing journey of reconciliation, connecting past, present, and future. The logo was created by Bree from Little Butten, a proud Kalkadoon woman and talented digital artist based in Quandamooka Country.

During this week let’s take a moment to reflect, whether it’s reading, listening or having a conversation — it all matters and supports reconciliation.

Breathe in..... and breathe out.

Simple right? Without thinking we do this around 22,000 times a day. But did you know breathing well can support your overall health and wellbeing.

Here’s the science: conscious, controlled breathing can regulate the nervous system helping to manage stress and stress-related conditions. The benefits include reduced blood pressure and heart rate, improved immunity, and increased energy and relaxation.

Expertly guided by exercise physiologist, Nick Laverty, build your personal toolkit of simple and effective strategies that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
