Have you worked in customer service, hospitality, or cleaning? You already have many of the skills needed to become a Disability Support Worker!
At Rainbow Support Services, we’re looking for caring, patient, and tolerant people to join our team supporting NDIS participants—especially those who value working with support workers from the LGBTQ+ community.
No experience in disability support? No problem!
If you’re willing to learn, listen, and help others with everyday activities, you could thrive in this role. Support work is all about:
We’ll guide you through the process to register as a Disability Support Worker and help you gain the basic skills needed to work with NDIS participants—all you need is patience and a willingness to learn. After a few simple screening checks, you could be ready to start!
