Osteos John, Jake, Cam and Matt attended the Sports Medicine Summit at Whitten oval on Friday!

A fantastic event organised and hosted by ! Anything she’s part of we always want to be part of and it did not disappoint!

A fantastic event that had some amazing speakers and provided great networking opportunities with other wonderful osteopaths. Meeting and reconnecting with new and old friends is always a highlight of CPD courses.

The boys are back in the clinic this week feeling motivated and rejuvenated and ready to up their game! Stay posted for more !

Back in June osteo Matt went over to the US for a good friend’s wedding! He spent time in LA and also Oregon! Most of his picture were of food! 🍕 These were the only two he looked like a tourist and not just a foodie! 😂😂

This month Kellie our front of house superstar has been leading a walking group up Mt Kilimanjaro! ⛰️ She is a super star and we are so proud of her! She returns on Wednesday so make sure to ask her all about her adventure!

The same day Kellie returns , John and Rose are off ✈️ . They will be taking a 6 week break around Scotland, Spain and the Greek islands!

John’s patients have been passed across to other clinicians for care whilst he is gone. If you are one of John’s patients and you are unsure who might suit you while he is on leave please contact front of house and they can direct you! 😀

🤍Rosie (the boss) celebrated 12 years !

So we shouted them a well deserved long lunch!🥙 🇲🇽 🌮🌯❤️

⚽️EXERCISE RIGHT MONTH with Osteo LJ! 🚲

This last few weeks in May, Osteo LJ took the clinic on the road to visit our local kinders and primary schools! LJ is so passionate about educating our young on the importance of exercise and moving our bodies! 💪🏼

We had so much fun teaching the kids that exercise isn’t just about getting our muscles and bones strong but it’s also about building strength in our brains, hearts, and lungs. 🫁 🧠🫀

Most importantly? Exercise brings us happiness and energy – and that’s the real reason we should move our bodies! 💛🌈

Each session had 3 parts:
🚦 Warm-up: Our traffic light game – Red Light, Green Light, Yellow Light – got everyone moving and giggling!
🏃‍♀️ Main Activity: Kinder kids tackled an obstacle course, while the primary school kids smashed out a mini circuit class.
🧘‍♀️ Cool Down: We finished with hula hoop fun, then slowed it down with yoga poses and a mini meditation and breathing to reset.

We’re proud to support our local kinders and schools! Community is everything to us at at TOC and we can’t wait to make this an annual tradition every May. 💖
