We focused on two simple but powerful health tests

1. Grip Strength – tells us a lot about overall strength and heart health
2. Sit-Rise Test – a quick way to check balance, flexibility, and lower body control

I also covered one of the most overlooked tools for improving health – breathing.
I shared two techniques:

• Healthy Breathing – slow inhale and exhale for 6 seconds each
• The Physiological Sigh – a natural reset for the nervous system
