Female Independent Support Worker Wanted – Cranbourne North
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and patient support worker to work with an 11-year-old young girl with learning disabilities in the Cranbourne North area.
This role would suit someone who is nurturing, engaging, and enjoys supporting children to build confidence, independence, and life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
About the role:
• Supporting learning, routine, and daily activities
• Encouraging social skills and confidence
• Creating a calm, positive, and structured experience
• Community and/or home-based support (depending on needs)
About you:
• Experience working with children and/or learning disabilities (preferred)
• Patient, friendly, and dependable
• WWCC (required)
• Relevant qualifications or studying in disability, education, or allied health (highly regarded)
• NDIS experience is a bonus but not essential
