Female Independent Support Worker Wanted – Cranbourne North
We are seeking a kind, reliable, and patient Independent Support Worker to support an 11-year-old girl with learning disabilities in the Cranbourne North area.
This role would suit someone nurturing, engaging, and confident in supporting children to build independence, routine, and life skills in a calm and structured environment.
About the Role:
• School drop-off 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Supporting morning routine and preparation for school
• Encouraging social skills, confidence, and independence
• Providing community and/or home-based support as required
About You:
• Experience working with children and/or learning disabilities (preferred)
• Patient, warm, and dependable
• Valid WWCC (required)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (required for school drop-off)
• Relevant qualifications or currently studying disability, education, or allied health (highly regarded)
• NDIS experience is a bonus but not essential
• ABN and ability to work as an Independent Support Worker
Hours, days (including 5 weekday school drop-offs), and pay will be discussed with the right candidate.
