She studied with Smart Bowen acquiring her diploma in 2013.

The diploma was very comprehensive with over 100 case studies completed. Lisa has an absolute love for horses, with a specific interest in the movement of horses (Biomechanics)

Bowen Therapy is a wonderful healing modality for soft tissue, it helps

with hydrating the fascia of the body promoting many healing affects, mostly suppleness and freedom from pain. It encourages the healing process and produces endorphins which are the natural painkillers and stress fighters of the body. Bowen Therapy assists with;

Soft tissue injuries, ligament and tendons injuries, range of movement restrictions, circulatory and lymphatic problems, improves stamina and overall performance. Regular maintenance treatments can prevent injuries and maintain performance.
