Kaitlin is a certified Barre and Mat Pilates instructor who loves delivering fun, high-energy and easy to follow classes that will leave you feeling strong and energised.

Her classes might be spicy but are still inclusive for all fitness levels, including pre- and post-natal clients, with a big focus on listening to your body and leaving comparison at the door.
