October 6th it begins

You know we get results, and that's what we want again. People that are fully COMMITTED and people that really want to transform their body in 8 weeks.

The energy and effort you give will be the energy and effort and help you will get back. This is a passion of ours so commitment from both sides is a MUST

A long one but read it.

This one is the BEST and I'll tell you why. For many people it's easy to lose weight, simply commit to a calorie deficit and move each day. That's it. To gain muscle and drop body fat without losing too much weight well that is much more difficult, but again for many it's not too hard.
Thats was what Nina's goal was.
Each week the scales moved very slowly, but sure enough they moved in the right direction, rather than becoming disheartened and unmotivated, Nina kept asking the question " what can I do better this week" often my response was just be patient we don't want to do anything crazy, just stay the course, it will work.
And she did, perfect meals all the time, rarely cheated and always aiming to improve in the gym. Most would have quit and caved in with the small numbers each week she was seeing with her body scans. Putting in so much effort for a "ok" result can sometimes make you feel defeated.

But one thing I know for a fact is that you will see by the end of this year that she will far exceed her initial goals and you will be amazed by her results, I am going to continue to help her everyday till then, that's because I know she won't quit, not many people have that mentality, most people are too soft and give in at the first sight of adversity. Not Nina.
Each week she will grind through and make it happen.

The BIG one. I posted about Sharon on the last challenge where she lost 6-7kg but the above are her continued results. Sharon continued to improve lean muscle gains, drop her body fat percentage and weight loss while going on a 6 week holiday. Not many achieve that. It often goes the opposite way.
Her new lifestyle habits are permanent now. Clean eating most of the time while still occasionally enjoying her favourite foods.

We can all agree how great she looks now. Well done Sharon, truely amazing results. 👏👏👏

Great results from this. Adhered to the diets and training, rarely having cheat days. Again very diligent with the process. Well done, I know your not done yet but a few more percentages on that body fat and you'll be at the lowest your ever been.
