Karolinaโs is an ex bodybuilder and competed in many shows in the past, so the foundations for her physique were already there.
I gave Karolina pretty much one little bit of advice at the beginning of this challenge and that was that she should eat more carbs as thatโs what helps build lean muscle. From that day forward her diet was immaculate. Everyday it was the same thing, veggies, sweet potato and chicken eggs. She never deviated from that. Thats not to say thatโs what we recommend for everyone to do but that is pretty much an ideal diet for building muscle and burning body fat for many people.
Everyday she followed the same routine with zero cheat meals and sent through her food diary everyday without fail for review. Simple habits that get the desired outcome.
At 58 years old there are not many ladies that are at 17% body fat and have a visceral fat reading in the 40โs. Thatโs quite remarkable.
