Another great transformation from Bec here. Was super consistent with her food and sending it through each and everyday, and trained consistently. Bec's numbers are certainly good but they don't do enough justice to the actual physical difference that occurred over the 8 week transformation. Leaner back, arms, legs and waist. The transformation was very obvious. Well done Bec on a standout transformation

These results are phenomenal. Karolina achieved this over 2 challenges. 59 years of age and one of the best results I've seen. Obviously there are individuals that have lost more weight and body fat than this but you got to understand, once you hit a certain percentage for a female or male it's gets difficult to get below that, and Karolina absolutely killed it. Below are her starting points back in late 2025 till now.

Results:
Visceral fat loss: 71.2cm down to 32.9cm. Total 38.3cm loss 😮
Body fat loss: 26% down to 14.5% 😮 11.5%.
Lean muscle mass increase 7.2% increase
Weight 66kg to 55.1kg 11.1kg 😮.

These results are incredible.
Karolina is not a foodie so she ate much of the same stuff everyday, fish, chicken, eggs, sweet potato, some nuts. Rinsed and repeat that everyday. Followed that up with 3 weights sessions a week and 2-3
Cardio based sessions. It was all consistent. Day in and day out just on point.

Well done karolina. We are all super impressed with your transformation, especially your guns 💪💪.

Great results here from Lisa. Lisa was one of the most consistent ones on the transformation challenge, she sent in her food each day for review and stuck to it for the whole 8 weeks. Not only did she achieve great physical results but she also now feels like she has much more energy than she did prior to the challenge. Well done Lisa. Awesome effort

This is one of my favourite ones because Kara came to the gym approximately a year ago riddled with pains aches and injuries, often struggling after each session but she persisted, fought through the pain and discomfort on a daily basis. Now she is much stronger than she used to be often lifting some very impressive weights in the classes.
Not only has this 8 weeks been successful but all the hard work she did prior to this is even more impressive. Most would quit but you didn't. Love seeing your progression Kara. 👏👏👏

Again another one where we aimed to maximise the lean muscle gains and lose fat without the "weight loss". Too often in challenges you see people lose lots of weight but the muscle mass and body fat don't change too much. But we always make sure to do the diet and training is on point to optimise the best results.

Matt was spot on with his diet, sending it through everyday for review. The simple changes was making sure he didn't miss a meal or snack and that his protein carbs and fats were in ideal ratios for the day.

That's it. Well done Matt, great results and awesome consistency

Another great transformation with minimal weight loss. Sue was another one that didn't have muscle "weight" to lose but wanted to get leaner and build muscle and that's exactly what happened. Even with multiple work trips throughout the 8 week challenge, Sue still managed to stay on track and get some tremendous results. Well done Sue
