Karolinaโ€™s is an ex bodybuilder and competed in many shows in the past, so the foundations for her physique were already there.
I gave Karolina pretty much one little bit of advice at the beginning of this challenge and that was that she should eat more carbs as thatโ€™s what helps build lean muscle. From that day forward her diet was immaculate. Everyday it was the same thing, veggies, sweet potato and chicken eggs. She never deviated from that. Thats not to say thatโ€™s what we recommend for everyone to do but that is pretty much an ideal diet for building muscle and burning body fat for many people.

Everyday she followed the same routine with zero cheat meals and sent through her food diary everyday without fail for review. Simple habits that get the desired outcome.

At 58 years old there are not many ladies that are at 17% body fat and have a visceral fat reading in the 40โ€™s. Thatโ€™s quite remarkable.

Yes you read it correctly, these are some of the best numbers we have seen across the board on any scan in an 8 week period. Very difficult to gain lean muscle and burn that much body fat. Truely amazing

No secret though, it's simple, Kellie sent her meals through the everyday for the first month for review, it was always High protein, moderate carbs and low to moderate fat but was always in a calorie deficit. Kellie trained 3 days at the gym lifting heavy weights in the metabolic and strength and conditioning classes while doing Pilates a couple of times per week and most of all she was consistent with it. That's it.

Besides the incredible aesthetics Kellie also details how much her energy and mood has changed for the better along with a reduction in pain in her hips and knees.

It's only 1 week away till we reveal all the amazing results from this current challenge but I can't go past highlighting the phenomenal transformation of one of our members Dimi.
Dimi Joined up this year and we had one quick conversation about achieving fat loss results and Dimi took it all on board and completed her own challenge.

Reducing sugar and sweets, alcohol and simply incorporating more protein into her diet has enabled Dimi to lose in excess of 10kg and achieve a body fat levels almost in the teens. In addition to this she pushes the envelope each week with her training. Always aiming to lift heavier or add more repetitions.

I wish we had completed a body scan when she first started but I would easily say she has dropped in excess of 12% body fat.

Incredible turnaround and at 56 years of age you have all the health markers of healthy 20 year old.

Letโ€™s all congratulate Corey on becoming Co-Owner of 5D Health and Fitness.

Corey has been obsessed with having his own gym forever now, and I knew it was inevitable that Corey would start his own business one day and be extremely successful at it. I would have been crazy to let him go because myself and the 5D Members know how much value he brings to the club.

I am excited to say that with Corey now fully immersed in 5D that we will make it the best club in town.

We have so many exciting things we are going to do at the club over the next few months, so I will leave it up to Corey now in this video to say something. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰

A: 10 KB push-ups into deadlifts + 10 BB squat high pulls
B: Farmers walk + 10 goblet squats
C: 10 DB overhead press + 10 pull/chin-ups
D: 12/12 sandbag lunges + 6-cal bike sprint
