Activating Change

Patience visited me
And it reminded me
That good things take time to come to fruition
And grow slowly with stability

Peace visited me
And it reminded me
That I may remain calm through the storms of life
Regardless of the chaos surrounding me

Hope visited me
And it reminded me
That better times lay ahead
And it would always be there to guide and uplift me

Humility visited me
And it reminded me
That I may achieve it
Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me
And it reminded me
To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself
And those surrounding me

Confidence visited me
And it reminded me
To not conceal or suppress my gifts and talents
In order to make others feel more comfortable
But to embrace what makes me me

Focus visited me
And it reminded me
That other people’s insecurities and judgements about me
Are not my problem
And I should redirect my attention
From others back to me

Freedom visited me
And it reminded me
That no one has control over my mindset, thoughts and wellbeing
But me

And love visited me
And it reminded me
That I need not search for it in others
As it lies within me.

Morning everyone how r u doing?

Christmas is fast approaching and I am pretty organised now and counting my blessings. Hope you are also.

It has been an interesting year hasn’t it!

I have been feeling reflective the past few days. So much change has been happening internally and externally. I sure have learnt to not resist what is. The landscape of our world is changing and they key is to change with it.

There are many ways to navigate the anxieties and uncertainties we are facing. I choose to keep raising my awareness, move more deeply into the beautiful heart space of compassion, and find the peace of inner stillness.

A lot of shadow work has been rising for many of us to embrace and let go of the old love/hurt pain. The world is purging the darkness and we are being given opportunities to do the same.

Im very grateful for my life, friends, family and likeminded souls sharing this journey. I have grown through the challenges and have learnt to embrace working remotely (took a while I really missed the physical face to face contact).

As I happily transition into Life Coaching and Sacred Self Worth Coaching a bright future is emerging. Possibilities are endless and your potential is as well!

The last Full Moon of 2020 is shining in the night sky! This Full Moon brings cleansing, release, heightened intuition and wisdom. It’s very important to take some time to reflect upon the year that’s closing and consider what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown. Even though this year has brought many challenges, it’s essential to be grateful for the gifts that have also found their way to you. This Full Moon encourages you to continue to make your self-care a priority and tend to your needs. It’s inviting you to notice where you’ve been over giving or care taking others so you can make a commitment to maintain balance in order to have the energy for the activities and projects that you love. It’s also a good idea to do an inventory regarding how you spend your time and make changes to create a life that supports your values. This Full Moon will cast a brilliant path of light toward the New Year bringing healing to all that no longer serves you. This is the moment to come home to yourself, to find the strength to follow what resonates with you, even if this means saying ‘no’ to the requests of others.
