As humans we are very much programmed to chase:

What we often forget is that another side of being human is being individual and fundamentally unreplicable. And we LOVE that!
At Arete Effect we don't do Before and After comparisons, believing that this supports the 'quick fix' mentality in place of sustainable health improvements for better living. Our desire for you is to experience full health benefits over and above changes in appearance, as you learn to honour your body and mind with trust and respect both in and out of the studio.
