Birthdays do something strange and beautiful to time.
They slow it down just enough for us to look back.

I find myself remembering the firsts โ€ฆ your first breath, first steps, first questions about the world. The real magic isnโ€™t in the milestones, but in the quiet becoming that happens in between them.

Watching your character take shape is one of the great honours of my life.
Your sweetness. Your kindness. Your curiosity.
The way you meet the world with an open heart and a steady, quietly confident presence.

Youโ€™re always up for the adventure โ€ฆ a surfboard, a skateboard, a new idea, or one of our long, beautiful chats. I love how deeply you feel, how thoughtfully you speak, how naturally you move through sport and play, how at home you are in your body and in yourself.

A good nightโ€™s sleep is therefore important for feeling our best. ๐ŸŒ™

Here are some tips for getting a good nightโ€™s sleep:
- Try to go to bed at the same time every day
- Avoid bright screens 1-2 hours before you go to bed
- Make sure your room is dark
- Avoid caffeine late in the day
