At Medical Centre 291 our aim is to provide the best medical care for our patients and their families Padanyi and Dr Peijian (Peggy) Zeng.

Medical Centre 291 officially opened its doors on the 19th of February, 2001. A “fee for service” clinic, it was established by Dr Robert G. The practice is now staffed by Dr Victoria Gershenzon, Dr Alan Kwong, Dr Zeng and Dr Padanyi. Appointments can be made either by telephone, on our website, via HotDocs, or in person. Our friendly reception staff will always try and assist, where possible, if

your enquiry is of an urgent nature. We are an AGPAL accredited service. For our patients, this means:
- Safe and sterile equipment is used
- Patient records are secure
- The practice is committed to ongoing education and training
- Your rights and needs as a patient are respected
- Regular improvements are made in the services offered to you
- You are delivered high quality patient care

After graduating as a doctor in 2005, Dr. Ritam Jain relocated to Australia in 2008 to advance his education and career. He successfully completed a Master of Health Management (2009) and a Master of Public Health (2010) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a General Practitioner, Dr. Jain is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care. He enjoys most aspects of general practice, with particular interests in pediatrics and musculoskeletal medicine. Additionally, Dr. Jain has extensive experience supporting women through menopause, addressing their unique health needs with empathy and expertise. He also holds a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, emphasizing his skills in the detection and management of skin cancers.

The MC291 family will become a little smaller again at the end of this week. Dr Zeng has been preparing for her retirement throughout the year, with her last working day being this Saturday. Dr Zeng co-founded MC291 alongside Dr Padanyi in 2001. After 23 years, Dr Zeng will enjoy some peace and quiet while she continues to travel and enjoy her biggest love: cuisine!! Dr Zeng will be missed by all and we wish her all the best in her retirement.
