The Work I Am Most Proud Of - Part 2. Working as a Trauma Specialist and Somatic Radix Body Psychotherapist - what I am most proud of over my 35 year career is - that after working with women who had been badly abused by men that they trusted in their lives, for them to say, after a series of deep private sessions (and clearing the effects of the trauma throughout their body) - "George, I felt safe with you." And not only that but that - "I trust men again."

How do you free up more energy to get things done? You can take something, you can rest/settle your brain. You can meditate. The biggest releases of energy, I found, will come from clearing past blockages.

Your ability to transition between inner connection/introvert and outer connection/extrovert is very important. Work on the one which is your weakest. Chances are, there will be some trauma there in the way, to clear. The balance of both inner and outer is needed for a balanced healthy body and mind.

How do you heal the parts and voices clashing and fighting in your head? Most have this happening. But is it normal? No. It is fine to do it to cope for a while (like Tom Hanks in the movie Castaway ......WILSON!!) But it is not normal. You want to be whole again, all one, no extra voices.

We all have biases and filters from past traumas which make us miss seeing and feeling more of what's in the present moment. And you know this because after a good deep releasing meditation, you tend to see more of what's in your surroundings. And if you go deep enough, you can feel more of other people's behaviour, spotting lies and the truth easier.
