Now with TWO LOCATIONS!!!

123 Hotham Road, Sorrento: Fully equipped gymnasium with cardio and weights, classes including boxing, yoga, barbell, strength, seniors, pilates, spin and more!

68 Ocean Beach Rd: Cardio and weights areas, Infrared saunas, massage chairs, and of course our feature room - the SALT CAVE!!! Every new member at our club will get a free, half-hour orientation session, to he

lp you get accustomed, and we'll provide a full explanation of how to use all equipment and machinery. We also will offer Personal Training for anyone who wants to pushed to the next level! Memberships are available to purchase now, from as little as $15 per week! Relax and enjoy a gentle stretch using bolsters for comfort and the healing warmth of infrared heating. The class is floor based with no standing poses. Suitable for first timers and all ages. casual class $20 or included for members.
