🌿 Booking Policy & Salon Etiquette 🌿
At Nature’s Beauty Secrets, we’re dedicated to providing a professional, peaceful, personalised experience for each and every client. As a small, appointment-based business, our time is thoughtfully scheduled to ensure every guest receives the attention they deserve.
We truly appreciate that the majority of our clients are respectful of our time and policies — thank you! 💚 This policy is simply in place to support our team, reduce disruptions, and ensure fair access to appointments for all of our valued clients.
💻 Booking & Therapist Requests
Booking your appointment is quick and easy through our online booking system, available 24/7. If you have a preferred therapist, please call the salon directly to secure your booking with them. While our online system does its best to match preferences, a quick phone call ensures you’re paired with your chosen therapist.
When you book an appointment with us, it confirms your understanding and acceptance of our cancellation policy.
📲 Appointment Confirmations
You’ll receive a confirmation text from our booking provider Fresha 48 hours and again 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment by following the link and entering your valid credit card details to secure your time.
Need to make a change? You can do this via the confirmation link or by calling the salon on 9758 9122 — we just ask that any changes be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation fees.
❗ Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the spot to another client.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a 10% fee.
No-shows (without any notice) will incur a 30% fee.
If you’re unable to attend, feel free to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid the fee.
⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment experience. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment, as we strive to stay on time for all clients throughout the day.
