Having the energy to take my son to classes and play with him is so important to me. Being a mum is hard work, the hardest job I've ever had.

Fueling my body with the correct nutrition, and making this a priority over the last challenge, has made me feel my best. Able to give my son what he deserves.💙

This is not just a short term fix, it's a conscious life choice. A commitment to myself and my family 💪

Looking forward to smashing some more personal goals in the March challenge!

Zipped into the smoothie bar today for lunch and to get my hydration on! 🥤After the last challenge I did a body scan to see what has changed that I can't see. I was stoked to see positive change which I already felt...a huge improvement.

Looking forward to the March challenge to keep rolling with these awesome results. 💪

Being a busy mum with appointments and activities, it's easy to buy or reach for snacks that don't fuel my body, leave me still feeling unsatisfied and often worse afterwards.

Hello "Lean and Glow" my old friend! Starting Feb with the "Empower" transformation challenge!💪 I'm excited to trust the process and get my body feeling more myself after having my son.

Started my morning with a delicious home made smoothie, 🥤full of all the goodness and nutrition to fuel my body, along with an antioxidant energising tea.

Lean and glow will keep me hydrated and I will consume some deliciously healthy whole foods throughout the day. 🥑🥦

I'm excited to see my results in the coming days, weeks and months.

I trust the process to get my temple back where it was pre-pregnancy!
