He’s busy with work, kids, and family commitments, so we built something that fit his lifestyle. He trusted the process, absorbed the tools and strategies I gave him, and stayed consistent with them.

7.1kg down in 6 weeks🔥🔥

Big win for my online client who’s lost 7.1kg in just 6 weeks! And she’s only halfway through her journey. She’s a busy mum of 2 (with 2 under 2) and anyone with kids knows how full on life can be. But she’s been showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work🙌🏾

She’s kept it simple with calorie banking during the week so she can still enjoy her weekends, plus getting in daily walks with her fam🙏🏾

What I love most is her consistency and the better habits she’s building, while also developing a healthier relationship with food that will keep her progressing long term. Amazing work Rachel👏🏾

This wasn’t about an aggressive deficit or pushing her body too soon. We took a smart, sustainable approach that supported her recovery, kept her milk supply strong for her baby, and made sure her body was getting the nutrients it needed

We didn’t rush it. It was all about staying consistent, being patient, and making it work around her lifestyle and goals

My online client has hit her first goal weight. Down 6.5kgs! She’s also lost 7cm off her waist, 2.5cm off her hips, and 5cm off her chest🔥🔥

And she’s done it all while working full time, not cutting out any foods or giving up her weekends. Just staying consistent, and making it work around her life.

50kgs DOWN!🔥

This is what showing up for yourself looks like!! 👏🏾

Con and I worked together for the first 12 weeks and he managed to lose an amazing 27.6kgs in those 12 weeks.

From there, he kept going on his own and has lost a MASSIVE 50kgs.. He’s created better habits, made sustainable changes, and stayed consistent.

This is a perfect example that no one can do the work for you. But if you show up and put in the effort, the results follow🔥🔥🙌🏾

No strict plans, no crazy training. Just showing up and making it work week to week. So proud of her achievements. Especially with how much she juggles day to day. Even when things weren’t perfect, she stayed consistent, and that’s all we’re ever aiming for

My client is now down 16kgs in 15 weeks, training once a week and with no restrictive eating. This is a MASSIVE achievement for her so far and speaks volumes about her dedication👌🏾

But it's not just about the numbers on the scale. We’ve been working on teaching her how to create better habits with her lifestyle and to build a healthy relationship not just with food but also with herself

Losing weight shouldn’t be something you dread or be so stressful. It's all about finding a balanced, flexible approach that allows you to enjoy life while making progress 🙌🏾

Don't let these things ruin your weight loss progress👊🏾

1. Not tracking your food properly

You’d be surprised how many 'healthy' snacks are packed with calories. Make sure you're tracking everything—even the little things. They add up.

2. Giving in to the ‘all or nothing’ mentality

One bad meal doesn't ruin your week, but giving up after that meal will. Stay consistent, even if things aren’t perfect. Progress comes from being as consistent as possible, not perfection

3. Letting the scales define your success

The number on the scales doesn't tell the full story. Pay attention to your energy, how clothes fit, and how you feel overall. Progress is more than just weight.

4. Being too strict with your eating

Cutting out everything you enjoy isn’t sustainable. Learn to balance it—track your macros, enjoy your social life, and still stay on track. Consistency beats restriction every time.

My man has made significant progress in his weight loss journey dropping an impressive 13kgs in 12 weeks, with minimal exercise and no restrictive eating🔥

Embracing flexibility in his approach to eating, we’ve found that complete restriction often leads to bingeing later on. Sustainability is key. “This is a lot easier than any other time I’ve tried to drop the kgs in the past. Also, it’s very sustainable”

Whilst we always advocate for exercise, his busy lifestyle didn’t allow for regular workouts.. However, by prioritising 80% nutrient-rich whole foods and allowing 20% for him to enjoy the foods he loves, he found a balanced approach that worked for him

That’s what I’m talking about BABY BABAAAAY! Proud of your dedication, bro! Let’s keep smashing those goals together! 🫡👊🏾
