Seeing how things end really changes how you see the beginning. Aged care shows what the late stages of chronic illness can look like—but those conditions often start much earlier in life. A reminder to take care of ourselves. 🙏

Different techniques give different results for different people. Of the two techniques shown, there can then be any combination of each joint angle or pressure, along with a seemingly infinite amount of other options that I'm not flexible enough to demonstrate.
Observe the athletes needs, make a choice, observe out comes, adjust choices as necessary.
Unfortunately, it is that easy, and the only way to get better at it is with reps.
