We’re pleased to be bringing this training to Shepparton.
Our Workplace Matters team will be on site, sharing their knowledge and practical skills to support effective conflict management in the workplace.
Book now - A highly recommended session for leaders and HR professionals.

There’s always opportunity before conflict escalates.

You can feel it.

Your intuition and experience tell you things are not going well.

A conversation needs to happen… but no one wants to start it.

Leave it too long, and it gets harder to address.

If you’re leading people or supporting staff, you’ve been there.

That moment where you think… how do I handle this properly?

This session is about what to do next

how to step in early, say what needs to be said, and keep things on track.

You’ll walk away with practical ways to:
• step in before things escalate
• communicate clearly and respectfully
• manage emotions in the moment
• handle tough conversations with confidence

Good supervision is at the heart of strong, healthy teams.

Many supervisors step into leadership roles without ever being shown how to provide effective supervision. Knowing how to have meaningful conversations, build trust with staff and support teams while maintaining accountability can make a real difference in workplace culture.

Through Workplace Matters, Relationship Matters supports leaders to develop the confidence and practical skills needed to guide and support their teams.

If you supervise staff and want to strengthen your leadership practice, this upcoming training may be helpful.

Learn more in the post below.

Behind every strong team is a supervisor who knows how to support, guide and listen.
