Join Emma and Erika for an intimate evening of Energetics and Sound Healing at Prana House, Thornbury. Together they’ll guide you through an inner journey to release, realign and reconnect with yourself. This gathering is for women ready to deepen their healing, rise into new levels of self-awareness and be held in community ✨

In this two hour event, you’ll experience a 75 minute journey weaving Spinal Energetics, Rahanni Celestial Healing and Sound Bath Healing, each supporting you to release what’s been held, realign your body and bring your nervous system back into balance. The evening also includes a guided meditation and closing sharing circle 🙏

In Sanskrit, the word yoga means “union.” This reminds us that the practice is not only about moving the body but about coming home to the wholeness of who we are.

When we step onto the mat, we are invited to bring the mind, body and soul back into conversation with each other. The breath steadies the mind, the postures strengthen and soften the body, and the stillness nourishes the heart. Over time, this simple rhythm of movement and presence becomes a way of remembering balance, not just in class but in the flow of everyday life.

Our 10am Tuesday Morning Yin/Yang classes hosted by Cindy  offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness. In this class, you will begin with energising, dynamic practice (Yang) to build heat, strength, and vitality, then ease into long, supported holds (Yin) to deeply release tension, ground and calm the nervous system. It's the ideal blend to reset body and mind.

Yoga is more than exercise. It is a practice of integration, of gently weaving together all the parts of ourselves so we can move through the world with clarity, steadiness and ease ✨🧘‍♀️
