Your breath shapes how you feel, think and move through the world, yet most of us have never been taught how to work with it 🧘

Introduction to Pranayama is a 6 week course exploring the science and practice of breath, combining traditional yogic philosophy with practical techniques you can carry into everyday life.

Across the course you’ll learn the foundations of pranayama, from the anatomy and mechanics of breathing to the subtle energetic systems of yoga, including vayus, nadis, koshas and bandhas. You’ll also be guided through ten key pranayama techniques, building a practice that feels steady, supportive and sustainable.

This work can support nervous system regulation, improve focus and clarity, strengthen the connection between mind and body, and cultivate a more grounded sense of energy.
Open to all, with no experience required. Each session weaves together theory and practice, giving you the tools to develop your own personal breath practice over time.

Led by Tony Dennis, whose teaching is grounded in decades of study across Iyengar and Akhanda yoga, with a focus on classical pranayama.

At Prana House Wellness, we offer a range of services to support you wherever you are in life 🌿

From hands-on therapies like massage, facials and traditional chinese medicine, to deeper inner work through psychotherapy, counselling and hypnotherapy, each offering is here to meet you at your own pace.

You might be drawn to breathwork, reiki or energy healing to regulate your nervous system, or looking for more personalised support through one on one yoga, coaching or naturopathy.

We also hold space for more specialised practices including sexology, yoni massage, ayurveda and primal movement therapy, recognising that wellbeing is not one dimensional.
There is no single path, just different entry points depending on what you need.

You’ve built the foundations, now it’s about learning how to actually use them 🙌

Foundation II is an 8 week yoga course designed for students who have completed Foundation I or have a beginner level grounding and are ready for a more integrated, steady practice. Across eight weeks, you’ll move into longer sequences, begin working with breath led movement, and refine alignment in a way that builds both strength and awareness.
We also introduce core pranayama, foundational bandha and simple meditation practices, so you’re not just moving through shapes but starting to understand how the practice supports your focus, energy and nervous system.

Classes run on Tuesdays from April 28 to June 16, from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.

Join Master Sound Healer Liam Le Kelle for a powerful inner journey through sound and breath 🙏

This immersive session uses vibrational sound therapy to support deep healing, personal growth and reconnection with yourself from within. Guided by breath, intention and the energetic power of sound, you will be invited into an expanded state of awareness where the body and energetic system can naturally rebalance.

Through a live multi-instrumental soundscape, you will be immersed in the resonant tones of the didgeridoo, flutes, gongs, singing bowls, drums and chimes, alongside Liam’s transportable voice. Each sound journey is created live and intuitively shaped for the group, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that supports the collective energy of the room.

Liam has been facilitating sound journeys for more than two decades in Australia and internationally. His work draws on extensive training in traditional didgeridoo healing, Tibetan sound and ta***ic practices, vocal and breath techniques from multiple traditions, and energy healing modalities including Reiki. This session offers a rare opportunity to experience the depth of sound healing guided by a practitioner with decades of dedicated study and practice ✨

We can’t change what has already happened. What was said or left unsaid, done or undone, felt or not felt. And often we don’t fully understand the impact those experiences have had on us.

Sometimes we can feel the effects clearly, but can’t quite name them or find a way through. Other times, we just know something isn’t right. We feel unbalanced, easily triggered, or not quite ourselves.

So we cope. And then we keep coping, until it stops working.
These imbalances can show up in many ways. A dysregulated nervous system, feelings of disconnection, or not understanding our own reactions. All of it can make our internal world feel uncomfortable and hard to navigate.

But when we begin to recognise our patterns, we start to create context. We can gently understand how past experiences are shaping our present, and open the door to something shifting.

Step into a guided exploration of the chakra system — the body’s energetic map — where we bring awareness to physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances.

Beneath thought and perception, chakras hold and circulate energy, offering a space where deeper patterns — including self-beliefs, ancestral imprints and archetypal themes — can be felt, softened, and released.

This is a layered immersion, weaving together restorative & yin yoga, pranayama, mantra & slow mindful flow — gently preparing the body and nervous system to receive.

We will move into a deeper chakra exploration where you’ll be intuitively guided to work with one of the energy centres, using journaling and simple active practices to explore what is ready to be seen, shifted, or let go.

🟠 Sacral — Sensuality, creativity, flow
🟡 Solar Plexus — Power, confidence, self-worth
🟢 Heart — Love, compassion, connection
🔵 Throat — Expression, truth, communication

The evening then unfolds into a visual meditation, 7 chakra crystal bowl sound bath allowing the work to integrate and settle. We’ll close in connection, with chai and bliss balls, grounding the experience back into the body.

Join us from April 28 for an 8 week course designed to support the next stage of your yoga practice. If you have completed Foundation I, or already have a beginner base, this is where things start to connect more deeply.

• Foundational bandha and mudra
• Meditation and subtle practices to support focus

While movement and the body are part of the practice, they are not the whole picture. We recognise that each person arrives with their own story, their own energy, their own needs in that moment. What is required is not always strength or intensity, but sometimes softness, stillness, or simply space to be.

Our intention is to meet you where you are. To create an environment where you feel supported not just in your body, but in your inner world. Where the layers beneath the surface are acknowledged, and where healing can unfold in a way that feels genuine and unforced.

This is the work that sits at the heart of what we offer. A place to return to yourself, in whatever way you need 🙏
