Our Supported Employment Program gives those with disability the opportunity to learn skills, build financial independence, security, and experience the thrill that comes with achievement and teamwork.

The C2A team wrapped up a busy July with a 2-day conference that included staff from all 9 of our service locations plus our Support Office.

With our sites being Victoria wide, it's always so valuable when we are able to get together in the same room.

We are proud to have a great team who are always working towards our mission of supporting people with disability, to live their best life.

A great event happening at Connecting2Ability Frankston tomorrow to support fundraising for Motor Neuron Disease (MND).

We would love to see as many of you there as possible, to watch 5 of our staff get DUNKED! 🥶

THE BIG FREEZE IS COMING TO C2A FRANKSTON

Join us on Wednesday, July 2nd (12pm – 2:30pm) as we host our very own BIG FREEZE to help fight Motor Neurone Disease (MND), for our Participants and Team.

Wear a beanie to show your support
Enjoy a sausage or drink for just $3 each
And don’t miss the 1PM DUNKING EVENT where 5 brave C2A staff members will take the icy plunge for a great cause.

Every dollar raised goes directly to the MND Foundation. Let’s help make a difference together.

What is MND?
Motor Neurone Disease affects the nerve cells that control muscles used for movement, speech, swallowing, and breathing.
In Australia, 2 people are diagnosed and 2 die every single day.
Around 2,688 Australians live with MND at any given time.

Come along, wear your beanie, grab some lunch, and stay for the dunk tank fun, all while supporting a cause that matters.

We’re thrilled to be featured in the Latrobe Valley Express this week, shining a light on the exciting new supported employment opportunities we’re creating in our Op Shop and Gardening Crews!

Our goal is to build meaningful, inclusive jobs for people of all abilities—whether it’s getting hands-on with retail in the Op Shop or digging into the outdoors with our gardening teams.

A huge thank you to our incredible participants, support staff, and the wider community for helping us grow these opportunities.
