6AM HYBRID CREW — Getting Sharper Every Week 🔥
December’s HYROX is getting closer, and our Friday Hybrid sessions are all about building the engine, the efficiency, and mindset needed to perform at your best.
Today’s session:
➡️ 1-minute ON / 1-minute OFF intervals
This style of training is one of the most effective ways to:
• Increase your lactate threshold (so you can push harder for longer)
• Improve high-intensity output
• Train your nervous system to stay sharp under fatigue
• Build cleaner, more efficient movement patterns for every HYROX station
We rotated through:
• SkiErg
• Rower
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Wall Balls (to target)
• Sled Push
• Farmer’s Carry
• Walking Lunges
Every exercise hits a different part of the HYROX skill set — power, endurance, full-body resilience, and movement efficiency.
But here’s the best part…
👉 You don’t need to be doing HYROX or DEKA to benefit from this class.
This workout makes you fitter for everyday life — stronger lungs, stronger legs, better stability, better movement, and more confidence in your own ability.
This is honestly one of my favourite classes to teach each week. Amazing to see a regular crew showing up on a Friday morning, putting in the work, getting better, and supporting each other.
