🔥 A DECISION IS A SPELL

Making a decision is one of the most powerful things a woman can do.

A real decision.
The kind where every other option drops away.
The kind where you back yourself a million percent.
The kind that turns the trajectory of your life in one single breath.

I’m in one of those seasons right now.

Personally and professionally, everything in my world is up levelling at quantum speed.
And it began with one choice.

I decided mt life gets to be the CAKE.
The whole cake.
The most juicy, moist, o-gasmic, rich-as-F cake that I get to bake with devotion every single day!!!

I was done living on crumbs.
I was all frosting… No substance!

I wasn’t prioritizing the foundations of what make for a whole rich and embodied life!
I am not my fu***ng business!!!

I love what I do and do what I love…
But it’s separate to who I am.

I AM the carrot cake extraordinaire 🧁
My frosting alone could seduce the gods.
And the scent coming out of my kitchen isn’t manufactured or forced.
It’s magnetic AF because it’s real.
It’s aligned.
ITS AUTHENTIC.
It’s baked with the perfect ingredients that make Ella, Ella. 👑♥️🔮🔥🤩😻

So I’m prioritising the things that FEED and nourish my soul.
Connection.
Intimacy.
Walks and talks with people I adore.
Moving my beautiful body.
Practicing MAPS™, my Magnetic Attraction Pleasure System.
Calling in divine love to meet every aspect of me!
Choosing pleasure and passion as a devotional practise and path.

And the more I give to myself, the more life gives back in exact proportion.

No abandoning myself.
No lowering my standards.
No discounting my magic.
No shrinking to make others comfortable.

Just full-bodied F-YESSSS to what expands me, and F-NO to anything that doesn’t.

Last night I shared my story with a beautiful woman I had never met before.
In listening to myself speak it, I realised something so obvious and so profound.

Every cataclysmic shift in my life started with one choice.

One decision.

The biggest one was in 2004, sitting in rehab, asking myself the question that changed everything.

Do I want to die or do I want to change?

I chose life.
I chose evolution.
I chose leadership.
I chose to become the woman who shakes and rattles the cages that keep others small.

The woman who helps you alchemise the pain meant to break you into your greatest gift.
Into platinum gold.

And this is what every woman in my world reflects back.

I found myself again.
I reclaimed my pleasure.
I reclaimed my power.
I resource myself from within.
I trust my intuition.
My inner child finally feels safe.
My life, my love, my business, my motherhood, my relationships have transformed beyond recognition.

They too CHOSE LIFE!

Many of these women have been with me for years, renewing again and again.
Not because they have to… Not because they need me… But because it’s so much effing fun doing it together!
There is no bigger testament than that.

This moment made me pause and reflect…

As a child, I saw auras, heard things, knew things. People called me a wise soul, a little ray of sunshine. But like so many of us, I wasn’t immune to trauma.

By 10, I’d turned to alcohol. By 11, to drugs. For years, I tried to numb the pain in my heart and the noise in my head - until I finally hit rock bottom in rehab, 2004.

And still, even in the darkest hours, music, love, and Spirit kept me alive.

That was my turning point - my breakdown to Breakthrough.

I CHOSE to CHOOSE again.

To take back responsibility.

To take back the wheel of my life.

To become the creator of my reality.
