Time and time again we might say we want something.
A fitness goal. A certain weight. A new job. A holiday. Financial wealth or savings.
Whatever it is, most of us will be familiar with a time when we SAY we want something, only for our actions and habits to go against that.
We might start strong towards these goals but quickly fall "off the wagon", ending up where we started or further away. It can be frustrating, shameful and demoralising.
But, that's what can happen when you don't have the right support.
Through the work that I do, I support people with identifying the core issue and underlying influences that stop us from success.
This is a supportive, empowering environment that works with belief systems (background programming) to discharge emotion and rewrite those beliefs into more helpful ones.
