Today, on Clinical Trials Day, we celebrate the incredible work each of you does to advance medical research and improve lives.

This day marks the anniversary of the first controlled clinical trial by James Lind in 1747, and it serves as a powerful reminder of the impact clinical trials have on global health. At Emeritus Research, your dedication, compassion, and professionalism are at the heart of every breakthrough we help bring to life.

Whether you're coordinating studies, supporting participants, analysing data, or ensuring compliance, your contributions are vital. Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare.

Let’s end the year sharing some amazing recruitment success - 300 participants in 6 days!

In just 6 business days, we, alongside our Phase-One sister site, Veritus Research, enrolled nearly 300 participants aged 65+ for a critical Flu and COVID combination vaccine trial. This impressive feat demonstrates our ability to rapidly recruit for complex studies - even with challenging age demographics. Unfortunatley, due to the trial being re-designed we didn’t get to show our full potential with our network prepared to keep this enrolment speed for 5 weeks!

This success contributed to the overall trial enrolment of 2,000 participants across nearly 50 sites within Australia and New Zealand.

📢 Exciting news - Emeritus Research Melbourne is moving to a new location!

From the 29th of July, all participant appointments will be held at our new address: 1096 Toorak Road, Camberwell 3124 - swipe to see how to get there.

Our new research site will approximately double our capacity with 18 consult rooms, 16 treatment chairs, a dedicated procedure and quiet room, larger sponsor monitoring space and 2 boardrooms. The Lab and Pharmacy will also DOUBLE in size compared to our current site, which the team are particularly excited about.

We look forward to welcoming you in our new space!
