It's personal and yet it isn't.
When we shift and grow, we are changing our frequency, opening and moving.
When we make adjustments to our internal energy system, it can't help but have an effect on our life, our relationships, our work, our passion and life force. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we change jobs. Friends and lovers may leave us or we choose to separate and new ones come in.
This is a vibrational shift.
When you put a request out to the universe, it takes the necessary steps for it to happen. This can feel deeply uncomfortable and disturbing in body. Feelings of grief, loss
and loneliness come up.
This is both necessary and temporary. You are dying to your new self, releasing the old you and moving forward. Activities, people and feelings that resonated before may not because your energies are different. As painful as that is, it is a necessary part of our growth... to let go of the past that we often cling to as our identity and move into new awareness, new opportunities, new connections and new feelings. It's what we asked for and yet we fight change.
We get angry, discontented, sad and lonely. This body reaction happens right before great change. It is part of releasing our old identify. We are no longer that person. We are aligning with our soul, becoming more our self. Is it easy? No. Is it painful? Yes. Is it necessary? You bet. We aren't meant to be stagnant or stuck. Holding onto the old self is isolating. You agreed to be born into this time of great change. You chose this body as your vehicle. It's about movement, growth and change. Change is always taking place whether we align with it and work in agreement with our soul and our body or whether we go into change kicking and screaming. It's moving us to a place of honesty, self awareness and love.
Grab hold and feel the vibration of you. Recognize everything on the planet is also transforming. Own your part of the evolution.
Be kind to yourself and others. Everyone reacts differently. Anger is the last step before acceptance.
Sending lots of love and a wish for moments of clarity and peace on the journey.
