If you’re feeling exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed, I can help you to feel calm, strong and in control again. I'll support you to reconnect to your own true self, to your joys and passions. Together we can focus on improving your relationships, managing emotions like anxiety, and establishing appropriate boundaries, so you can thrive. With extensive training and experience in teaching, coaching, health and nutrition I include lifestyle medicine to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions and reach your goals. If everything feels like too much right now, and you’re not even sure where to start, you’re not alone.
It’s easy to get stuck in your head when life feels overwhelming.

In this short video, I talk about four core emotional needs that often sit beneath the surface when things just aren’t feeling right:
• A sense of control and safety
• Feeling connected and like you belong
• Having a stable sense of self-worth
• And simply feeling okay, without the weight of difficult emotions

Have you tried everything and still feel stuck?

Therapy, mindset shifts, healthy routines and yet there’s still the same overwhelm, anxiety, pain, and emotional spirals?

You’re not doing it wrong, and you definitely don’t have to ‘just try harder’.

When we’ve been carrying protective patterns for years, often wired into our nervous system after stress, trauma or just long-term pressure, they won’t release just because we want them to. These parts of us are trying to keep us safe.

This video explains why lasting change often needs more than effort and I talk about how a holistic, somatic, and neuro-affirming approach can help you release internal resistance without losing your sense of safety.
