Best of luck to our very own superstar client, Emma Rose for her 100km Mountain to Melbourne run tomorrow 28th March! Em is raising money for Eastern Health Hospitals for more resources for sick kids (Box Hill, Maroondah, The Angliss) 🏥

She aims to finish tomorrow around 6pm at Eastland town square. With lots of activities starting from 3pm think face painting, kids crafts, teddy bear hospital, badge making, DJ & more! Feel free to head to to show your support this Friday afternoon.

Brother and sister duo Jack & Mollie Burke cofounded RTB run club in 2023.
RTB is a run club for all abilities in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Since 2023 it has now exploded past 1000 members. This Saturday they are hosting a track party, think 10km, 5km, 1 mile, 800m and relay fun!! They have partnered with Speak Share a mental health organization to raise awareness and funds for mental health. 100% of the donations and money raised will go directly to speak share charity. 💙

Hopetoun Natural Therapies is privileged to support and our team will be providing free massage and osteo services to event attendees! Fisiocrem have also generously donated sample sachets for you all.

Good luck to everyone, we know you’ll smash your PB’s and most of all have fun! We can’t wait to be cheering you on!! 🥳

Our massage therapist, Eva treating neck pain.

We have 7 vertebrae in our neck known as the Cervical spine from C1-C7. With around 30 muscles to help perform, stabilize and support your head and upper back movements. Along with crucial nerves and blood vessels!
