We’re back and ready to hike another 50km to support Beyond Blue who provide a safe and reliable place for millions of people to access information, advice and support.

In Australia, around 5 million people are living with anxiety and depression and nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime. More than 750 people reach out to the Beyond Blue 24/7 Support Service every day – that’s over 275,000 life-changing conversations every year.

Now walking 50km through sand and hills is not easy but it is definitely worth it. With your support, the funds we raise will help ensure Beyond Blue can be there when someone feels alone or overwhelmed, or like they don’t know what to do next.

🌸NEW 6 week Mums & Bubs course starting Tuesday 11th Feb 11:30- 12:30pm.
Mums with bubs not yet on the move are welcome to join this wonderful program to support bonding with Bub and help with postpartum recovery.

These sessions are also a great opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums during this very unique time.😊

It never gets any easier trying to get my favourite songs of the year into a top ten but it’s done again for another year. Bring on tomorrow, one of my most favourite days of the year.
