Eat Love Live

Eat Love Live Healing relationships with food & the body holistically. Dietetics & nutrition, physiotherapy & more Welcome to Eat Love Live!

Eat Love Live is a team of dietitians and health professionals who help clients heal relationships with food and the body holistically, and with heart. Eat Love Live specialise in nutrition counselling, eating disorder treatment, support with disordered eating, non-dieting health management, general health and wellbeing. Our client services include dietetics and nutrition, physiotherapy and music

therapy, with education and supervision on offer to health professionals. We are a dynamic, compassionate and inclusive organisation that strives to foster a brave space where clients feel supported, safe and empowered. We are committed to challenging the normalised rhetoric of diet culture and oppression of people in marginalised bodies and identities. We advocate at a systemic level, intra personal level and continually evaluate our own internalised bias in an aim to be the most supportive practitioners we can for our clients. As practitioners, we uphold the values of inclusion, respect, and empathy. We intend to work with integrity and courage; holding space to have tough, meaningful and necessary conversations. We do not believe that people need to ‘tick a box' to be worthy of treatment but rather that all distress around food and body is valid and deserves support. We aim to work collaboratively with clients, supporting and empowering them to be driving their own treatment. We assist clients to make lasting changes to their health behaviours which have a significant impact on decreasing their risk of illness. We are passionate about helping people to build a more positive relationship with food and their body. Fostering a connection with hunger and satiety and listening to these internal cues rather than external cues like time and place. We live in a culture so oppressive of anyone who doesn’t fit the ‘ideal’ and so confused about what ‘Health’ really is. At Eat Love Live we aim to provide a safe place where you can break down this information to determine what is real and what is not and most importantly what it means for you and your body! We believe that you are the expert of your body. We have the skills to help you get back to listening to it and trusting it. We are experienced health professionals who work with empathy, kindness and compassion. We have a host of clinical and life experiences and are ready to work with you where ever your journey begins.

Recovery is deep work—and you don’t have to do it alone. ✨

It’s a common misconception that recovering from an eating disorder is just about “learning how to eat again.” If only it were that simple!

Real, lasting recovery happens when we look beneath the surface. It’s about understanding the “why,” quieting the constant noise of the inner critic, and rebuilding a sense of self that has nothing to do with a number or a meal. 🧠🧡

That’s where Megan comes in.

As a psychologist at Eat Love Live, Megan specializes in holding a safe, compassionate space for the heavy lifting. She’s here to help you:

Unpack the emotional roots of your struggle.

Develop new tools for navigating stress and anxiety.

Rewrite the narrative you’ve been told about your body.

You deserve a mind that feels like a safe place to live. If you’re ready to move beyond the symptoms and start healing the heart of the matter, Megan is ready to walk that path with you. 🕊️

Ready to take the next step? 🔗 Click the link in our bio to book your initial session with Megan, or head to our website to learn more about how we support ED recovery from the inside out.

“But you don’t look like you have an eating disorder.”

It’s the phrase that keeps thousands of people in silence. It’s the thought that stops people from reaching out for help because they don’t think they are “sick enough.”

At Eat Love Live, we know that an eating disorder doesn’t have a “look.” It isn’t a weight, a size, or a specific demographic. It is a mental blueprint—a state of high distress that can affect anyone, at any time, in any body.

The stereotypes we see in the media aren’t just annoying; they’re dangerous.
They tell us:
❌ If you aren’t emaciated, it’s not serious.
❌ if you’re a man, it’s just “fitness.”
❌ If you’re in a larger body, it’s just “willpower.”

We’re here to say: Enough. ✋

Swipe through to debunk the 5 biggest myths about eating disorders. We’re breaking down the barriers between you and the support you deserve.

Whether you fit a “typical” clinical box or not, if your relationship with food and your body is causing you pain, your struggle is valid. You don’t need to wait until you hit a certain weight or a specific crisis point to deserve care.

Healing your relationship with food starts with being seen for who you truly are—not a stereotype.

🧡 Ready to start? We see the person, not the BMI. Click the link in our bio to learn more about our inclusive, weight-neutral approach to recovery.
