Our Story

In-Balance Fitness is a health and fitness centre locally owned, in central Werribee.

Founded in 2005 Fabian and Lyn endeavoured to build a fully functioning fitness centre, from a run down 60’s squash court, comprising a very small gymnasium. What seemed an insurmountable task, today (2018) they have succeeded in building a facility to be proud of. Not just a gym, but an outlet and second home for so many of their valued members.

At In Balance Fitness, they embody their core values by treating each member as a valued guest. Their values of Committing to their goals and Future, Old Fashioned service, Respecting our Relationships and Engaging by doing the very best job, are at the core of what they do. At In Balance they care for people, so they can be their best.
