See what’s new in River Boat Cruising on
Tuesday 23/9/2025 at 2.00pm.

The equivalent to European river cruising but in your own back yard. Incorporating the newly, refurbished Proud Mary in South Australia. Explore some new itineraries including Barossa Valley or amazing Kangaroo Island, Flinders Ranges and Monarto Safari over wine and cheeses.

We have booked a presentation on Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 2.00pm with a representative from Proud Mary. Family and friends are welcome to come along if interested.
Please put your name on the ‘expression of interest’ list in the foyer if you would like to attend.

Today we farewell our general manager Peter.

Peter has worked at parkglen for the past 12 years in maintenance and the last few years as our general manager

Meet Robyn and therapy dog Remi. They will be visiting Parkglen every Thursday. Everyone is welcome to come and meet them in the lounge at 1.30pm.

On Tuesday we made our dough, cut out shapes and baked them. Today we painted them and attached magnets.

Biggest morning tea

This morning we hosted a Biggest Morning Tea as a fundraiser for Cancer Council.
Residents and some Parkglen staff attended, enjoying treats provided by the kitchen and listening to our guest speakers. Today we raised over $500 in cash!

Today the residents enjoyed making zucchini slice.
