I've learned many healing modalities over the years ~ I have a keen interest in helping my clients shift heavy emotion and integrate trauma so they are free of the negative effects of it.

I've spent the last three days in Brainspotting Phase 1 training and it's the most impressive modality I've experienced to shift issues quickly without the need to talk extensively about the issue. I'm so excited to weave Brainspotting into my counselling practice!

After being both therapist and client over the last few days I'm astounded as its simplicity and efficacy!

If you’ve been wanting to learn energy healing with me, I’m running one course in 2024. It’ll be an intimate course with just six spots available.

Source Healing Technique is different to other energy healing modalities in that, you strengthen and expand on your own unique connection to Source energy for healing yourself and others. Rather than being a modality that has been passed through hundreds/thousands of healers, it is an energy healing framework which allows you to tap into Source in the way your own energetic blueprint was intended to. Rather than tapping into a pocket of source energy, which is often the case with other modalities, you are able to tap into a limitless range of energetic frequency through this technique. I’ll be teaching how to use energy for self-healing and healing others.

It's time to shake off the heaviness of Winter and welcome the renewal of Spring. It's just around the corner and to celebrate I'm offering all healings booked for September at a discounted rate of $111.

All healings are online via Zoom.

If you haven't had a distance healing from me before here is a bit about what to expect. We will meet at the time of your healing online via a Zoom link and discuss what you'd like to work on. Then before I start the healing we will disconnect from Zoom and you'll lay down, eyes closed as you would in an in-person meeting. We will then reconnect on Zoom at the specified time to discuss your experience and anything I need to share with you.
