Cindy will assist you to release negative emotions and empower you through using energy healing modalities, tailored to your situation.

Cindy is an Energy Therapist, Empowerment Coach and Intuitive Guide with degrees and qualifications in Psychology, Life Coaching and a range of healing modalities including Reiki Healing, Pellowah Healing, Alpha RePatterning and EFT. Cindy is the Founder of Source Healing - an Energy healing Framework which is an accredited modality recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. As well as teaching Source Healing courses, Cindy is a certified Pellowah Healing Teacher and facilitates Pellowah Level 1 & 2 Courses. Cindy offers one to one client sessions from her healing space in Ormond and remotely via Zoom or Facetime. Prior to working in her healing business, Cindy worked in the corporate and community sectors for many years and has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of people. Cindy can tailor a combination of healing modalities to suit your individual situation. During my mid-year uni break (I’m on the home stretch of my Masters of Counselling) I am offering two people the opportunity to learn Source Healing Technique - the Foundation Level with me. Learning as a pair rather than as part of a larger group means greater depth of learning as I can tailor the teachings. It is also means more time for hands on healing!

Whether you are on your own healing journey or interested in helping others, Source Healing is a course designed to connect you to your innate ability to access and use Source/Universal Energy for healing yourself and others. It allows you to tap into a broader spectrum of energy than Reiki.

This course is open to all with an interest in energy healing and self-development.

It's been a long while since I've touched base. I have been diligently working away at completing my Masters of Counselling which I'm looking forward to completing in October.

If you’ve been wanting to learn energy healing with me, I’m running one course in 2024. It’ll be an intimate course with just six spots available.

Source Healing Technique is different to other energy healing modalities in that, you strengthen and expand on your own unique connection to Source energy for healing yourself and others. Rather than being a modality that has been passed through hundreds/thousands of healers, it is an energy healing framework which allows you to tap into Source in the way your own energetic blueprint was intended to. Rather than tapping into a pocket of source energy, which is often the case with other modalities, you are able to tap into a limitless range of energetic frequency through this technique. I’ll be teaching how to use energy for self-healing and healing others.

Spring Healing Special 🌸

It's time to shake off the heaviness of Winter and welcome the renewal of Spring. It's just around the corner and to celebrate I'm offering all healings booked for September at a discounted rate of $111.

All healings are online via Zoom.

If you haven't had a distance healing from me before here is a bit about what to expect. We will meet at the time of your healing online via a Zoom link and discuss what you'd like to work on. Then before I start the healing we will disconnect from Zoom and you'll lay down, eyes closed as you would in an in-person meeting. We will then reconnect on Zoom at the specified time to discuss your experience and anything I need to share with you.

Getting sentimental after teaching tonight’s class! After two and a half years teaching Hot Pilates it’s time to move on as the drive will be too far from the opposite side of Melbourne, once I move. I love the vibe of both students and teachers and have made some wonderful friends along the way. Very thankful for the opportunity! My last class will be this Monday night. ✌️

If you'd like to see me for an in-person session in Cheltenham before I move please message me and I'll book you in. Sessions are available until Friday 19th July. There is no session availability in the coming week as I'll be in QLD on retreat. I will however, be responding to requests for bookings.

I’m excited to have capacity to offer more healing sessions over the coming weeks, during my uni semester break.

It’s a relief to be a quarter way through my Masters of Counselling! I’m heading off to QLD in a few weeks for a reset on retreat.

If you’re in need of an energetic reset, please reach out. Sometimes our usual practices just don’t work when we are too overwhelmed emotionally with dense emotions such as grief, anxiety, prolonged stress etc. which is where energy healing can provide the shift we need by releasing stored emotions. My next availability is Wednesday 12th June 10.00am & 2.30pm. If these times don’t suit or have been booked, I can give you more options.
