I’m feeling so grateful for this journey because it’s about so much more than rank and title. As someone pointed out to me - one is just a number, and in itself, it doesn’t mean anything. And they’re right!

We live in a world where people will like or even love you, until you challenge their beliefs.

People die for their beliefs everyday.

We see it in the world, we see it in the main stream news, we see it on social media, we see it in cultures, communities and families.

We fight so dearly to keep our beliefs in place.
We fight for ideals that sometimes are not even ours, but that of our ancestors, our religion , cultures and conditioning.

Let me ask you this at what cost?

To be right ?
To stand for what you believe to be true and right?
Making the other wrong ?
To create separation?

I believe in the philosophy of do no harm and that everyone is entitled to their self expression, to live how they choose.. without violence shaming, manipulating, guilting people into seeing my perspective or abiding my rules.

Buying into right or wrong, good or bad is the law of duality.. Which is a lower vibration and consciousness. This is how we create separation and the belief that we are somehow separate from others. A higher perspective to view it could be that we are experiencing a polarity where all is one and the same just at different ends of the spectrum ~ we are all one !

Let go of judgment, heal your triggers, find your own peace within yourself and carry on … send love to those who differ in beliefs to yours and own your own sovereignty.

Through introspection and understanding your own subconscious programming you can be free 🩷🙏 ☮️

To heal the wounds of judgement and separation is to live a life of acceptance, peace and harmony, knowing that each person has their own journey to find ‘their’ truth.

Do not underestimate the power of a woman who loves herself unconditionally

💕The depths that she has gone to silence her inner critic
💕The difficult conversations that she faces with grace and courage
💕The boundaries that she has set and still kept her heart open
💕The wounds of hurt, abandonment and betrayal that she has healed to love authenticly
💕The compassion that she gives herself and others
💕 The inner strength she embodies yet stays open

People pleasing is rooted in a need to be loved and accepted .. We create the world in which we live, consciously and unconsciously.

We were conditioned to please , to be good from a very early age, through our genetics, our culture and the experiences we have throughout life !

✨ ohhhh you are such a good girl

What does that even mean ? As little girls we received love for being good, we were praised and rewarded for doing what was expected.

In my family little girls were to be seen and not heard, they shouldn’t speak unless they were spoken to ..
having a different opinion or questioning was not a ‘good’ thing ..

I had to fit the mould of what being good was through my parents eyes .. through my own lived experience and seeing many many clients I have come to learn that we often rebel against what is expected to find ourselves, our own voice.

The problem with this is it creates an internal conflict and this is when we begin to experience guilt, shame and then swing back to being good again so we can be loved and accepted by those around us.

Until you see and acknowledge the little girl inside you will never be free to say no, to speak up, to express your emotions and ultimately to truly be yourself!

The healing begins when the unseen becomes seen ..
